Turf and turf underlay for ovals, play areas and quadrangles

Bare patches, worn goal mouths and washed out corners are a fact of life when hundreds of small feet use the same ten square metres every day. We supply turf underlay and topsoil for levelling and preparation, and turf can be ordered in for you.

Best laid in the late dry season so roots establish before the wet arrives. Let us know your area in square metres and we will work out the volumes.

    Garden programs are one of the best things happening in schools right now, and they run on good soil. We stock premium garden soil, potting and raised bed mixes, and organic fertilisers, all available in bulk for a full garden build or in bags for a single class project.

    Working with a small budget or a single classroom bed? Bagged products are just as welcome as a full load.

    More mulch options than you knew existed.

    Different areas of a school need different mulch. Under play equipment you want something that stays put. Along a fence line you want something that suppresses weeds and looks tidy from the street. In the garden beds you want something that feeds the soil as it breaks down.

    We stock hardwood chip, forest mulch, woodchip blend, pine bark in several grades, cypress, sugar cane, and coloured mulches in black and red for feature areas. Tell us the area and the purpose and we will point you at the right one.

    Large sandstone bench seats

    Solid, natural sandstone bench seats for outdoor classrooms, yarning circles, garden borders and quiet corners. No maintenance, nothing to vandalise, nothing to rust, and they will still be there long after the current cohort has graduated.

    They work as seating, as informal boundaries between play zones, and as a natural material element in sensory and nature play spaces.

Bulk Delivery in Small Trucks

School and childcare sites are full of low gateways, narrow service lanes, bollards, soft turf and garden beds you do not want driven over. A standard bulk tipper often cannot get anywhere near where the material actually needs to go.

We run smaller trucks that can get into places the big rigs cannot, so you still get bulk quantities at bulk value without a wheelbarrow relay across the oval.
